Each Cedar Door piece is handcrafted, making every item unique. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and truly enjoy the piece you receive.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Because of the nature of jewelry, earrings are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.
