Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods, launches, or custom orders, processing times may be slightly extended.

Because many of our pieces are handmade in small batches, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cedar Door Clay Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you need additional support, we are happy to assist where we can.
